It is the policy of IMW to provide products, services and processes that will meet or exceed our customer's quality requirements. To implement this policy, it is the objective of this company to establish and maintain continuous improvement as an effective and efficient quality program, planned and developed in conjunction with all management functions.
The program outlined in our manual is designed to ensure that our customer's quality requirements are recognized, that adequate control of quality is maintained, and acceptance criteria of zero defects be met. Means are provided to ensure prompt detection of discrepancies, for timely and effective corrective action in all the areas affecting contract performance. Management will assess the effectiveness of the Quality Management System on a regular basis.
